陳奕全是一位藝術電影導演，他的創作實踐聚焦於中國城市變化。他總是散步在各個城市街道，漫無目的的拍攝；直到某一天將這些鏡頭通過拼貼、疊加以及蒙太奇等手法進行創作，表達出新的感受。創作類型主要以劇情電影以及實驗電影為主。他的電影曾在全球多個影展上放映，包括奧伯豪森國際短片電影節、北京國際短片聯展、西寧FIRST青年電影展等。

Chen Yiquan is an artist filmmaker whose creative practice focuses on the changing landscapes of Chinese cities. He often wanders the streets of various cities, aimlessly capturing footage until one day he compiles, overlaps, and montages these shots to express new feelings. His work primarily consists of narrative films and experimental films. His films have been screened at various international film festivals, including the International Short Film Festival Oberhausen, Beijing International Short Film Festival, and Xining FIRST International Film Festival.
